Support the planning, execution, and optimization of business growth initiatives and digital marketing campaigns, including Meta (Facebook) lead generation.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Business Analytics & Reporting

Collect, organize, and analyze business and marketing data to support informed decision-making.

Track project milestones, business KPIs, and campaign performance through structured reporting.

Identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to improve operational and business outcomes.

Market Research & Content Development

Research industry trends, economic developments, and market intelligence from publicly available sources.

Translate research findings into educational content, newsletters, reports, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Monitor macroeconomic indicators, sector developments, and emerging market trends relevant to the business.

Business Operations & Special Projects

Support operational initiatives and business expansion projects across consulting, mortgage advisory, and training services.

Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Contribute ideas and solutions that improve business processes, client experience, and overall organizational performance.
