Warehouse Assistant x3 (Night Shift) - #1166912

Our client is a manufacturing company supporting semicon/ electronics products. We are looking for a Warehouse Operations to support the production warehouse support daily warehouse operations in a semiconductor fab by ensuring accurate material handling, inventory control, SAP transactions, and timely material delivery to production while maintaining safety and cleanroom standards.

Working Hours:

• 5 days (5:30pm - 2.30am)

• 4334 (8.30pm - 8.30am)

• Transport provided for mid-night

• 1hr break time

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming raw materials, chemicals, spare parts and production consumables.

• Pick, pack and issue materials according to production requirements.

• Perform inventory transactions using SAP/WMS and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Conduct cycle counting and stock reconciliation.

• Support material movement between warehouse and cleanroom production areas.

• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.

• Prepare materials for shipment, return and disposal according to company procedures.

• Maintain proper labeling, documentation and traceability of all materials.

• Assist with loading and unloading activities using material handling equipment.

• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper warehouse records.

• Maintain 5S/6S housekeeping standards and comply with EHS regulations.

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials and process issues promptly.

• Support continuous improvement projects to improve warehouse efficiency.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or production warehouse environments

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions

• Ability to communicate effectively with operations teams and IT teams

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Exposure to warehouse automation or smart warehouse technologies

• Experience working with data tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python

• Comfortable for Afternoon - Mid Night shift, Occasional shift flexibility needed.

• Good communication skills
