As a Technician (Roadside Assistance) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide on-site support for vehicles experiencing breakdowns.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive faults, performing emergency repairs to restore vehicle operation or enable safe transport to the workshop.

• Carry out routine roadside maintenance, including tyre changes, battery replacements, jump starts, and fluid top-ups.

• Accurately document service calls, vehicle conditions, repairs performed, and parts used for quality assurance and record-keeping.

• Deliver professional customer service by communicating effectively with customers during breakdown incidents.

Requirements:

• A recognised automotive technician qualification or equivalent technical certification in automotive

• Sound knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems and brake assemblies

• Competency in diagnosing and resolving common automotive faults efficiently and safely

• A valid Singaporean Class 3 driving licence
