Responsibilities:

• Assist the Factory Production Manager in supervising production operations, Team Leaders, and factory workers.

• Oversee fabrication work to ensure quality standards and production efficiency based on AutoCAD drawings and engineering designs.

• Prepare and coordinate weekly production schedules.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations by conducting regular WSH safety meetings.

• Monitor daily production activities, PPE compliance, goods receiving, unloading, and workflow efficiency.

• Manage inventory accuracy, material movement, and factory storage organization.

• Assist in sourcing cost-effective materials from overseas suppliers and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Support ISO documentation and quality management processes.

• Plan manpower allocation and conduct training to enhance workers' skills and productivity.

• Review mechanical drawings and ensure fabrication works are carried out according to specifications.

• Work closely with the purchasing team on material sourcing and procurement.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industry.

• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

• Strong coordination, planning, and supervisory skills.
