Job Scope:

• Lead the electrical and power team in supporting vessels during shipyard operations.

• Manage facility engineering projects involving electrical systems, HVAC, power supply, energy storage, plumbing, and infrastructure.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Conduct inspections and condition assessments of facility systems and recommend improvement plans.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, maintenance schedules, and budgets.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and facility performance.
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial, Marine, or Infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, preventive maintenance, and facility operations.
