• West (Pick up at Jurong East or Lakeside) / 5 days work week

• Experience in handling / Support SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, Offboarding).

• Manage and support system integrations and related activities.

• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.

• Analyze business requirements, evaluate solutions, and recommend best practices.

• Plan and execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Configure system solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with vendors where needed.

• Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and patch management.

• Prepare and distribute regular HRIS reports to stakeholders.

• Drive process alignment and standardization across regions.

• Manage vendor agreements and annual HR system budget.

• Execute mass data uploads and support audits.

• Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or IS-related major or focus.

• Demonstrated expertise in supporting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors, with a 2 years of hands-on experience across multiple modules including Employee Central Core, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, and Offboarding.

• Strong track record in diagnosing and resolving both functional and technical issues within the SuccessFactors environment.
