Job Responsibilities
· Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
· Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
· Administer leave, medical benefits, and employee records using the Human Resource Information System.
· Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
· Prepare and submit HR documentation required for statutory compliance, contributions and audits.
· Coordinate work pass documentation and application.
· Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
· Handle HR administrative duties, including filing and document management.
· Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
· Organise employee engagement activities and support workplace well-being initiatives.
Job Requirements
· Min. 2 years of relevant HR experience.
· Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and the Employment Act.
· Familiar with payroll administration and submission for CPF contributions.
· Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
· Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
