As a Assistant Manager, Chief's Office (Healthcare Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in building and sustaining partnerships with internal stakeholders, primary care providers, community organisations, and external agencies

• Coordinate meetings, engagement activities, and collaborative partnership initiatives

• Develop briefing papers, presentation materials, and documentation for stakeholder engagements

• Monitor partnership developments and follow up on agreed action items

• Provide administrative and operational support for population health programmes and initiatives

• Support grant administration processes, including applications, evaluations, and reporting requirements

• Monitor grant utilisation, budgets, and adherence to funding compliance requirements

• Coordinate with internal finance departments and external grant recipients

• Prepare reports and supporting documentation related to grant management

• Assist in developing and monitoring programme work plans and implementation timelines

• Track key deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics

• Consolidate programme updates and prepare periodic progress reports for management

• Identify potential risks, issues, or delays and escalate them appropriately

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
