As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee inventory management through demand forecasting, stock control, inventory audits, and coordination with clinical and operations teams.

• Build and manage vendor relationships by monitoring supplier performance, resolving delivery and quality issues, and ensuring service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and procurement policies while maintaining accurate documentation for audits.

• Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditure, prepare reports, and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality of care.

• Collaborate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams to align procurement activities with patient care needs and support emergency procurement.

• Oversee front office and transport operations, ensure staff competency, coordinate resident transport with Centralised Transport Services (CTS), and support special projects including contract management and business development.

Requirement:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 to 8 years working experience in related discipline
