As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee inventory management through demand forecasting, stock control, inventory audits, and coordination with clinical and operations teams.
Build and manage vendor relationships by monitoring supplier performance, resolving delivery and quality issues, and ensuring service excellence.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and procurement policies while maintaining accurate documentation for audits.
Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditure, prepare reports, and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality of care.
Collaborate with nursing, finance, administration, and operations teams to align procurement activities with patient care needs and support emergency procurement.
Oversee front office and transport operations, ensure staff competency, coordinate resident transport with Centralised Transport Services (CTS), and support special projects including contract management and business development.
Requirement:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 5 to 8 years working experience in related discipline
