Job Summary

Support construction projects by managing cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims, and site coordination to ensure accurate budgeting and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities and source subcontractors and suppliers to prepare competitive tender submissions

• Develop pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow forecasts to support financial planning

• Prepare progress claims, progress reports, and update monthly cost monitoring to track project budgets

• Manage project administration and documentation, including valuation of progress claims, variations, and final accounts

• Conduct site measurements and participate in site meetings to ensure accurate project tracking and communication

• Manage and communicate effectively with subcontractors and consultants to facilitate project coordination

• Utilize basic computer skills in MS Office and AutoCAD to support project documentation and reporting

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support project and team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the construction sector
