Quantity Surveyor - #1164598

Quantity take-off and cost breakdown for Pre and Post contract.

Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders.

Preparation of monthly cash flow projection.

Sourcing, negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison.

Prepare Works Order/ Letter of Award to sub-contractors and suppliers.

Liaise with project team for material ordering, issuing of Purchase Orders to suppliers and cost control.

Attend meetings/ site meetings.

Work closely with teammates.

Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous

Good communication and negotiation skills

Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure

Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering

At least 1 year of working experience in Civil Engineering industry - Road works, Drainage.

Candidates with LTA project experiences will be an advantage.

Preferably bilingual.
