Responsibilities

• Develop engaging 3D design concepts and storyboards that align with client objectives and internal strategies.

• Present innovative design ideas to stakeholders through compelling presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Manage the complete creative process, from initial brief and conceptualization to execution, delivering high-quality 3D solutions.

• Provide expert guidance to the Production team, ensuring precise realization of approved 3D designs.

• Anticipate and exceed client expectations with exceptional design work and thorough understanding of their objectives.

• Adapt to changing business needs by taking on additional responsibilities to support team success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the MICE industry or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D design for events and spatial planning.

• Proven ability to analyze client briefs and translate essential objectives into feasible and innovative design concepts.

• Strong visual communication skills, capable of presenting design ideas effectively through sketches, renderings, and presentations.

• High proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with a solid understanding of their application in event design.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite for documentation and project management.

• Commitment to accuracy and quality, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while delivering exceptional results.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
