Senior Accountant - #1166752

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts independently.

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate accounting records, ensure all transactions are properly recorded, and prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Prepare and submit GST returns. Prepare monthly payroll, CPF and other statutory contributions to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Prepare comprehensive audit schedules, resolve audit queries in a timely manner, and liaise professionally with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.

Job Requirements

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: At least 3 years of accounting work experience. You must know how to do a full set of accounts by yourself.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting rules and GST. Proficient at ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Soft Skills: Meticulous, highly organized, and driven to meet deadlines. Able to work well independently with minimal supervision.
