Tender Engineer / Senior Site Engineer (Civil / Geotechnical) - #1166716

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000 per month
Working Days: 5-day work week

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Engineer / Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both tender preparation and on-site project execution within civil and geotechnical engineering works.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Engineering:

• Prepare and review tender documents, specifications, and drawings

• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations

• Evaluate project risks and propose cost-effective solutions

• Assist in tender submissions and follow-ups

Site Engineering:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution

• Ensure works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, and safety standards

• Monitor project progress and prepare reports

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Resolve technical and site issues promptly

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field

• 1–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

• Knowledge of civil and geotechnical construction methods

• Familiar with tendering processes and cost estimation

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
