Job Scope

• Provide executive and administrative support to the AVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, communications, and follow-up on key engagements.

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including procurement of office supplies, inventory management, IT resources, and asset tracking.

• Coordinate programme administration by managing application submissions, maintaining programme documentation, and updating website and outreach materials.

• Organise proposal evaluation and award processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing evaluation materials, processing agreements, and supporting recipient onboarding.

• Monitor programme funding, maintain financial and programme records, track progress reports, and prepare statistical reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Organized, diligent and meticulous

• Past experience in educational or institute of higher learning or in continuing education and training provider is advantageous
