Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for Level 1 IT support, ensuring the continuity of software, hardware, and networking operations.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing effective resolution as the IT administrator.

• Liaise with vendors for the procurement, implementation, and maintenance of IT hardware/software contracts.

• Coordinate IT-related projects, focusing on technological analysis, solution implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

• Travel regionally to provide support and implement projects as required.

• Perform additional related duties as necessary to support business functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support or a similar environment.

• Proficient in PC and Windows configuration, networking, firewall management, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and IT security fundamentals.

• Basic understanding of desktop systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft Office applications; ability to collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution.

• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with second-level support teams on technical challenges and project activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach to support business objectives and initiatives.
