• Wash and sanitize plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine.

• Scrape and sort dirty dishes before washing.

• Hand-wash large or delicate kitchen equipment when required.

• Keep the dishwashing area clean, dry, and organized.

• Dispose of food waste and rubbish properly.

• Clean sinks, kitchen floors, drains, and work areas.

• Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.

• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety standards.

• Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  

Shift Details:

• Timing: 44 hours / week

• Location: Suntec or Serangoon

• Salary: $2,000 per month
