Engineering Technician (Semiconductor) - #1166666

Job Type: 6 / 12-Month Direct Contract

Working Hours: (Fixed Shift, Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturday)

Shift 1
• 6:45am – 3:15pm

Shift 2
• 2:45pm – 11:15pm
• +$10 Shift Allowance per Shift

Shift 3
• 10:45pm – 7:15am
• +$15 Shift Allowance per Shift

(45-minute break included)

Job Scope:

• Build, assemble, test, and troubleshoot wire bonding machines

• Perform machine setup, repair, and maintenance

• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions

• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

• Support production and engineering teams in daily operations

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline

• Comfortable wearing cleanroom/smog jacket during work

• No colour blindness

• Willing to work fixed shifts (please indicate preferred shift)
