Our client is a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and data centre industries. The company specializes in complex, mission-critical environments and advanced manufacturing facilities across Asia and globally.

You will develop and maintain Project Cost Controls System and Management Reporting for project value less than Eur10M. To ensure the completeness and accuracy of revenue and cost are reported on timely basis.

• Support the setup and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work packages, and project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers and Procurement teams.

• Monitor and analyse project costs, commitments, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost variances to ensure effective project cost control.

• Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, cash flow reports, financial forecasts, and management reports using Excel, EcoSys, and SAP.

• Track and administer change orders, variation orders, budget transfers, and project billing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely invoicing.

• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure accurate cost recording, reporting, and reconciliation.

• Maintain project financial systems (e.g., EcoSys) and support project reporting, SharePoint administration, and continuous improvement initiatives, including new system implementations.

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project control support to senior management as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science

• Minimum years of experience: 3 years of project cost control working experience in engineering & construction environment.

• Experience in ERP System (SAP preferred) and Cost Control System (EcoSys preferred)
