About the role

This is a Physiotherapy role focused on delivering person-centered, evidence-based therapy to clients. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and track progress using appropriate outcome measures. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, empowering clients and caregivers with self-management strategies, and contributing to clinical program development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments for clients, including admission, care plan reviews, and discharge

• Develop person-centered, evidence-based therapy plans and set SMART goals with clients

• Use appropriate outcome measures to track progress and guide clinical decisions

• Communicate therapy plans, goals, and progress to clients and stakeholders

• Ensure proper use of rehabilitation equipment, including technological aids

• Empower clients and caregivers with self-management strategies for better health and mobility

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care and community involvement

• Assist in clinical program development, training Therapy Assistants, and participate in professional development

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy

• Full registered with AHPC

• Possess minimum of 2 years of experience

• Good interpersonal skills and good problem solving skills
