Support end-to-end delivery of Loans and Lending technology initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality execution through project closure.
Prepare project documentation including charters, scope statements, risk assessments, budgets, and IT value assessments.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
Review and oversee deliverables from external Business Analysts, ensuring compliance with internal standards, architecture, and regulatory requirements.
Provide functional leadership across vendor BA workstreams, including requirements management, solution documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Partner with business and technology teams to identify solutions that address operational challenges and business objectives.
Contribute to solution design, project scoping, and target-state definition alongside key stakeholders.
Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
Support L1/L2 teams in production application maintenance, issue analysis, and continuous service improvement.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of direct experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technology delivery in Banking industry, with strong knowledge of loan origination systems, lending products, and loan operations.
Hands-on experience in banking process re-engineering and technology solution design.
Exposure to Investment Banking or Corporate Banking environments; Asia Pacific experience preferred.
Understanding of APAC banking regulations, cloud governance, third-party risk management, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with solution architecture principles, design patterns, and business-technology solutioning practices.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Experience managing vendors, external partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are advantageous.
