Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the growth and development of customer accounts through consultative solution selling, technical account support, and customer engagement.
Working closely with the Product Support & Lifecycle Management, Engineering, IT Operations, and other internal stakeholders, the incumbent will develop an understanding of customers' operational requirements, recommend suitable technology solutions, and support the successful delivery of projects and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, supporting day-to-day account management and customer engagement.
Understand customers' operational requirements and recommend suitable products, services, and solution enhancements to support their business needs.
Participate in customer meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (POC)activities to promote solutions.
Identify and support opportunities for account growth through consultative engagement, solution-based selling, and value-added services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, presentation materials, and other commercial documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the Product Support & Lifecycle Management, Engineering, IT Operations, Finance, and Project teams to develop, coordinate, and deliver customer solutions.
Support contract renewals, account expansion opportunities, project handover, customer acceptance, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support equipment rental activities, including customer enquiries, quotations, deployment coordination, equipment returns, and related administrative activities where required.
Maintain accurate records of customer engagements, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities.
Represent company professionally during customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, workshops, and technology showcases.
Continuously develop product knowledge of emerging technologies to effectively support customer engagements.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management in support of the Company's business objectives.
Requirements
Min Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 2- 4 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Sales, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Strong attention to detail, particularly in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
Customer-focused with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
