Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
Design and implement efficient administrative systems to improve productivity and streamline business operations.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing grievances and other concerns.
Support business needs through the development and motivation of human capital.
Nurture a positive work environment and culture.
Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Review and enhance salary structures and benefits programs in collaboration with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably with exposure to senior management.
Strong knowledge of employment regulations and practices in Singapore.
Proven skills in communication, negotiation, leadership, and proficiency in HR software.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and implementing improvements.
Capability to work effectively and communicate with all levels of staff.
