As an Assistant, Customer Service, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
What You'll Be Doing
Process and manage customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery
Communicate closely with customers to provide order updates and resolve delivery-related issues
Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient order fulfilment and logistics operations
Monitor delivery schedules, approvals, and outstanding purchase orders to maintain smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and shipment status
Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively alert relevant teams on delays or stock shortages
Support the Sales team by highlighting unusual demand trends and shipment concerns
Maintain and update the E-sales portal and prepare customer stock consumption reports
Review inventory levels regularly to ensure healthy stock management
Handle customer and intercompany orders, shipment coordination, and related documentation efficiently and accurately
What We're Looking For
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management, or logistics coordination
Knowledge of inbound and outbound shipment arrangements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, organised, and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
