As an Assistant, Customer Service, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery

  • Communicate closely with customers to provide order updates and resolve delivery-related issues

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient order fulfilment and logistics operations

  • Monitor delivery schedules, approvals, and outstanding purchase orders to maintain smooth operations

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and shipment status

  • Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment

  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively alert relevant teams on delays or stock shortages

  • Support the Sales team by highlighting unusual demand trends and shipment concerns

  • Maintain and update the E-sales portal and prepare customer stock consumption reports

  • Review inventory levels regularly to ensure healthy stock management

  • Handle customer and intercompany orders, shipment coordination, and related documentation efficiently and accurately

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management, or logistics coordination

  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound shipment arrangements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • A proactive, organised, and customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
