Part-Time/Full-time Admin & Accounts Executive
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and have experience handling both accounting and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts using MYOB
Prepare and process payroll
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable, including timely payment of supplier invoices and bills
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Update and maintain HR leave records
Monitor and replenish office essentials and pantry supplies
Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
Experience in accounting and administration
Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of full set of accounts and payroll processing
Strong organisational and time management skills
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication skills
