About the role
A part-time position supporting primary school students with administrative duties in the morning, homework assistance and academic guidance in the afternoon. The role involves handling student attendance, records, invoicing, and lesson scheduling, as well as guiding students with primary school subjects in English, Math, and Chinese. You will ensure the safety and well-being of children aged 6 to 12 years old, and assist with food-serving and table clearing.
Key responsibilities
Handle basic administrative duties such as student attendance, records, invoice, arranging lessons schedule
Help students with homework and spelling/tingxie
Guide students with primary school questions in English, Math, and Chinese
Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
Food-serving and cleaning the table and dish for students
About you
Effectively bilingual
Competent to assist with primary school subjects
Fun-loving, creative with desire and ability to work with children aged 6 to 12 years old
Demonstrate leadership qualities, discipline, responsible and caring
Dedicated, reliable, great teamwork and able to multi-task
Able to support Chinese and English speaking students
Minimum Diploma with admin/teaching experience preferred
Proficient in English and Mandarin
