ACMV PROJECT ENGINEER (Fresh Graduates are Welcomed) - #1166484

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer in project planning and coordinates and oversees all work on the site.

• Study drawing, plans, specifications, and scope of work.

• Responsible for the submission of material samples and shop drawings.

• Monitoring the construction work progress, materials, plant, and equipment.

• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.

• Prepare progress claims to the main contractor on a monthly basis.

• Prepare payment certificate and verify sub-contractor work progress.

• Ensure quality standards and Safety Requirements are adhered to.

• Work closely with the project team and resolve all technical issues.

• Familiar with calculations with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load, and external static pressure calculation

• Maintain, manage, and document according to ISO Standards.

• Able to execute multiple tasks and projects

• Other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirements

· Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures

· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and organise

· Willing to learn

*Training will be provided

Able to work 5.5 days per week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Admiralty MRT Station
