Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing
Assist with client inquiries and direct them to appropriate physicians
Clinic Maintenance:
Manage inventory of TCM products
Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
Treatment Support:
Assist TCM Physicians with various procedures
Ensure that all clinical supplies are stocked and prepared for treatments
Support physicians during therapies
Monitor patient progress and note changes to inform physicians
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
Ability to work well in a team and independently
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Possess passion and interests in TCM or healthcare industry
Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
