Communications Executive (Marketing & Content Creation | Public Sector) - #1166370

Be part of a creative communications team where you’ll support campaign execution, develop engaging content and contribute to meaningful brand initiatives across digital and offline platforms.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $16/hour
Duration: 6-months contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

• Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including short-form videos, social media posts, articles, event coverage and visual storytelling.

• Assist in content planning and contribute creative ideas for campaigns targeting different audience groups.

• Support collaborations with content creators, partners and other stakeholders for marketing initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and social media insights, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.

• Assist with general marketing, communications and administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma holder in Communications, Marketing, Media, Mass Communication or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, visual communications or social media marketing. Internship or project experience will also be considered.

• Strong interest in storytelling, branding and digital communications.

• Good writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Familiar with social media platforms, content trends and audience engagement strategies.

• Basic knowledge of content creation or editing tools (e.g. CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro) or willingness to learn.

• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
