• Position : Tender Management Lead (ACMV | M&E Projects)

• Location : Jurong East

• Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 (Inclusive of Transport Allowance) + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry : Construction company specializing in ACMV and green technology systems

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead full tender process including costing, submissions, negotiations, and presentations

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, BOQs, and tender documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Review value engineering proposals and assess cost impact

• Monitor tender performance, market pricing, and reporting

• Lead and mentor tender team members

• Support contract reviews, claims, and dispute matters

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Tender Management / Project Management within construction or engineering

• Knowledge of M&E systems, tendering, QS, and contracts will be advantageous

• Experience in cleanroom / semiconductor / pharmaceutical projects preferred
