Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Joo Koon

• Up to $6500 per month, AWS, and VB

Responsibilities:

• Analyse competitor products and create new design concepts using CAD tools.

• Drive design validation activities including reviews, testing, and FMEA to ensure product performance and manufacturability.

• Maintain and manage design documentation, including supporting patent reviews.

• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing teams during product launch and implementation.

• Identify opportunities for design improvements, cost optimisation, and process enhancements.

• Investigate and resolve customer feedback or issues related to product design.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineer.

• Min 1 years of experience in product design and development, ideally within connector design and/or electronic components.

• Experience in design control, design management and engineering analysis
