Customer Quality Engineer ( Semicon / Manufacturing ) - #1166257

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer quality-related issues and inquiries.

• Monitor customer quality performance indicators such as PPM, RMA, yield, customer complaints, and response time.

• Conduct failure analysis (FA) and review laboratory reports to identify product defects.

• Participate in customer audits, quality reviews, and technical meetings.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent).

• 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment.

• Experience in customer quality engineering, product quality, reliability, or quality assurance.
