Project Coordinator
We are a leading visual merchandising production company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Co-ordinator to manage the end-to-end execution of print and production deliverables for brand campaigns. You will play a key role in ensuring design concepts are translated accurately into high-quality physical outputs, delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with designers, brand managers, and clients to align project scope, timelines, and requirements
Manage end-to-end production workflow from concept stage to final installation or delivery
Conduct quality control checks including colour accuracy, print resolution, and material consistency
Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Coordinate internal production teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution efficiency
Monitor inventory of production materials and campaign assets
Identify potential production issues early and propose practical solutions
Stay updated on printing techniques, materials, and industry best practices
Handle submission and coordination of Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications, ensuring compliance with site, mall, and safety regulations before project execution
Oversee the end-to-end print and production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing or related field. Design experience is a plus, but not necessary. Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving and proactive working approach.
High attention to detail and quality control mindset
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of sustainable production practices is an advantage
Experience with luxury, retail, or experiential brand activations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with on-site setup and safety protocols
