What will I be doing?

· Monitor staff entrances and conduct bag checks to ensure compliance.

· Manage goods pass out procedure and oversee after-hours deliveries

· Operate and monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols.

· Maintain key issuance records and contractor activity logs.

· Investigate thefts, damages, and workplace injuries and maintain detailed incident reports.

· Respond promptly to emergencies, suspicious packages and security incidents.

· Enforce health, safety and fire evacuation protocols.

· Assume the role of Site Incident Controller (SIC) or Emergency Response Team (ERT) in an emergency situation.

· Report maintenance and hazard issues promptly.

· Greet and assist guests in the lobby, provide luggage assistance to ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in/out experience.

· Monitor lobby cleanliness, handle guest enquiries and complaints across multiple channels.

· Support hotel operations as required
