Maintain and verify employees’ attendance records, and resolve timekeeping discrepancies to support accurate payroll processing.
Process employee claims, including medical and other eligible claims, and respond to related enquiries.
Maintain and update employee information, leave records, and claims data in the HRIS.
Provide support for employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and HCD initiatives as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements
Diploma in a related field with relevant working experience, or candidates with equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
Proficient in AMS and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HR systems will be an added advantage.
Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
