Job Summary:

• Working Location: Bukit Merah Central

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

• Salary: Basic + AWS + Performance related bonus/benefits

• Duration: Permanent

Procurement scope of work (under SCM) involves:

• Preparing lite quotations, processing of customers purchase order in our ERP system and submitting weekly POs to suppliers.

• Preparing Delivery Orders and Invoices.

• Some planning experience to manage customers and supplier shipments (we will provide the tools).

• Weekly collation of shipping docs and transaction documents before passing to Accounts for Supplier payment.

• Some logistic work such as receiving when shipment arrives and packing. Managing goods, services, and materials, ensuring quality and compliance requirements.

• No sourcing required or negotiation of contract with supplier needed.

• Good writing and communication skills and must be a team player.
