About our Business
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Assistant / Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand market opportunities for defence and public security solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing markets across government and commercial sectors locally and internationally, with emphasis on Autonomous Systems.
Be Part of Our Success
Conduct market research to identify potential markets for our products/services for both government and commercial sectors, local and overseas with a focus on but not limited to defence and public security systems and solutions.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan, be aware of local defence requirements and future plans.
Identify and target potential clients, distributors, and partners.
Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales prospecting methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Qualities We Value
Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent
Track record of at least 3 years in sales and/or business development.
International Sales background an advantage.
Experience with defence ecosystem an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
