Sales Executive - #1166227

Do you love pets and enjoy connecting with people? We’re looking for an extroverted, passionate Sales Executive who’s eager to build strong relationships with pet shop owners and help them find the best solutions for their business.

Responsibilities:

• Going to pet stores around Singapore, serving existing clients and building relationship with new ones

• Prepare, present sales presentation to customer

• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.

• Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.

• Assist in preparation of stock when order load gets heavy.

• Able to drive company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• At least a GCE 'O' level certificate.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel.

• Must have a local Class 3/3A/3C Driving license.

• Singaporean/PR Preferred.
