Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold luxury service standards.
Oversee daily operations, reservations, staffing, and service flow.
Build relationships with VIP and returning guests while ensuring seamless collaboration with the Culinary and Sommelier teams.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.
Coach, train, and develop the service team to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor labour costs, revenue, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or upscale hotels.
Experience in Michelin-starred, award-winning or luxury hospitality is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Commercially aware operational and financial performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
