Assistant Outlet Manager - #1166110

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold luxury service standards.

• Oversee daily operations, reservations, staffing, and service flow.

• Build relationships with VIP and returning guests while ensuring seamless collaboration with the Culinary and Sommelier teams.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.

• Coach, train, and develop the service team to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor labour costs, revenue, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement and profitability.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or upscale hotels.

• Experience in Michelin-starred, award-winning or luxury hospitality is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Commercially aware operational and financial performance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
