A Sales Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, providing professional product knowledge, preparing quotations, and following up on sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand their requirements.


• Recommend suitable products and solutions.


• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.


• Follow up on enquiries and sales leads.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Achieve individual and team sales targets.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project or order execution.


• Other tasks assigned on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply

• Diploma Sales and Marketing or Businesss, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Customer-oriented with strong sales aptitude.


• Self-motivated and results-driven.


• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


• Available to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

• Proactive and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
