Responsibilities:
Manage and support VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and virtual infrastructure environments.
Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines, templates, snapshots, datastores, and storage resources.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability using VMware monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot VM, host, cluster, storage, networking, and hardware-related issues.
Execute patching, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management activities for VMware and supporting infrastructure.
Perform administration and support of HPE servers, HPE OneView, server provisioning, hardware monitoring, and firmware management.
Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes in accordance with ITIL practices.
Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, capacity planning, and operational reporting.
Implement VMware security hardening, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, and operational best practices.
Develop operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks, and utilize PowerShell/PowerCLI for automation and administrative tasks.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in VMware Administration.
VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and virtual infrastructure environments.
Experience in Troubleshoot VM, host, cluster, storage, networking, and hardware-related issues.
Experience in Virtualisation, High Availability setup, VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, PowerEdge and Upgrade of ESXI hosts.
Experience in Monitoring tools.
