About the role

Engineering Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of engineering functions, both strategically and operationally. Manage Engineering resources and monitoring KPI in alignment with CP's overall direction. Manage the maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure the production of high quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of the Engineering Department to design and manufacture the products and systems

• Direct the department activities to modify product design and improve production techniques

• Confer with the management, production and marketing team to determine the engineering feasibility, specs review, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products

• Maintain and manage products specifications

• Review and ensure all job drawings are correct and complete according to customer requirement prior issuance to production

• Interface with customer on Project management status and technical reviews

• Manage Product Evaluation program with customers

• Support production and quality department by interfacing with the engineering team to resolve all technical issues of the products and make disposition on products

• Ensure 5S is implemented in the work area

• Set Departmental Key Performance Indicator (KPI) with the team

About you

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Industrial or material science subjects

• Fluent both in oral and written English

• Proven and Solid 5 years of work experience in the same field and in the Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment

• Knowledge on CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and read machine drawings
