Assembly Technician

• Assemble and integrate optical, electronic, and electro-mechanical products according to work instructions and engineering drawings.

• Perform wiring, soldering, testing, and inspection to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.

• Operate production tools and equipment safely while maintaining accurate production records and documentation.

• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report defects or abnormalities to supervisors and engineers.

• Support continuous improvement activities and comply with all safety, quality, and company procedures.
  

Working Hours/Weeks: 44

Shift Pattern: 3443 or 5days week (rotating shift)

Shift Work: 4 days 12 hours

• Read mechanical drawing & assembly work instructions (Basic, must have)

• Use of hand tools e.g torque driver. (Basic, must have)

• Alignment and calibration during assembly (Can be trained)

• Modular assembly (Can be trained)

• Basic electrical testing and alignment (Basic, must have)

• Clean room protocol (Can be trained)

• Schematic interpretation (Basic, must have)
