Primary Purpose:

As a permanent part‑timer, you will play a key role in cashiering, shopfloor sales and back-of-house (BOH) operations. You will be serving customers, helping to maintain an organized stockroom, accurate inventory, and smooth product flow to ensure product availability. In addition, as a brand ambassador, you will deliver service that consistently exceeds customer expectations, support store goals in sales, productivity, and service through strong selling skills.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.

• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.

• Manage daily BOH operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and compliant stockroom.

• Oversee all stock processes: receiving, unpacking, tagging, and system updates.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance follow‑ups.

• Handle replenishment to sales floor to ensure product availability.

• Support product flow, stock transfers, RTVs, consolidations, and delivery coordination.

• Uphold loss prevention, audit, and BOH safety standards.

• BOH procedures and stock handling best practices.

• Serve all customers according to the Coach approach standards and maintain an energetic presence and high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor, while supporting store goals in sales.
