Job Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in customers and provide suitable product recommendations
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate lighting, bathroom and home fixture solutions
Explain and demonstrate product features, functions and benefits clearly
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on sales enquiries
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and stock arrangement
Coordinate with team members on stock availability, customer orders and deliveries
Support daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets
