Job Summary:
Join a specialised care team delivering holistic, evidence-based treatment for midlife women, focusing on menopause and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical care for midlife women, including management of menopausal symptoms and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and osteoporosis
• Lead outpatient clinics and multidisciplinary consultations to deliver integrated, patient-centred care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Manage complex clinical cases in consultation with senior leadership and contribute to evidence-based care practices
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical programmes
• Participate in teaching, mentorship, and research activities, including training junior staff and contributing to academic development

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent qualification with completion of relevant specialist training
• Recognised specialist accreditation in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, MRCP, or equivalent
• Full or conditional registration with the Singapore Medical Council, in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Relevant clinical experience in women’s health or menopause care is an added advantage
• Strong clinical, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and guide junior clinicians
