Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support the daily Human Resources and administrative functions of the company. You will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll support, office administration, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, well-organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
Prepare employment-related documents, such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits.
Support Work Pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related matters.
Coordinate employee uniforms, PPE and office facilities.
Coordinate employee training, staff engagement activities, and company events.
Provide general administrative support to Management and various departments.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements when required.
Manage office supplies, pantry items, stationery, and company assets.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management for office maintenance and services.
Assist in managing company vehicles, insurance, road tax renewals, servicing schedules, and fuel cards.
Perform other ad hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM Work Pass regulations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information.
Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
