• UP $11,100 Basic + Performance Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Led warehouse operations within the Free Trade Zone, ensuring efficient day-to-day performance and alignment with business objectives

• Lead and develop warehouse teams through training, knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Managed site operations, built strong customer relationships, and maintained service levels in line with agreed KPIs

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensured warehouse and office facilities were organised, safe, and well maintained

• Oversee the financial performance of assigned accounts, including budget management, resource planning, and P&L accountability

• Liaise closely with customers on operational requirements, commercial matters, and contract renewals to support long-term partnerships

• Implement process improvements, new initiatives, and operational enhancements to improve productivity and service quality

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, security policies, workplace safety standards, and inventory control requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience in Warehousing Operations

• Singaporeans only
