About the role

We are seeking a Front of House / Guest Relations professional to join our dynamic team at PICKLE PADEL MOVEMENT' in the Woodleigh Central Region. This part-time role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests at our pickleball and padel facility.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner

2. Answering inquiries and providing information about our services and facilities

3. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes

4. Handling guest requests and resolving any issues or concerns

5. Maintaining a well-organized and clean front-of-house area

6. Providing support to the wider hospitality team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

6. Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is preferred
