Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 production support for enterprise Java applications
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions
Write SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation and reporting
Monitor application health and batch processing (EOD/BOD)
Restart failed jobs and support deployment rollback activities
Work closely with development, infrastructure and business teams
Maintain SOPs, operational documents and knowledge base
Prepare operational reports and participate in service review meetings
Requirements
1–4 years of Application Support / Production Support experience
Good understanding of Java, JavaScript and SQL
Experience supporting production applications
Knowledge of batch jobs, application monitoring and incident management
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred
Banking or Financial Services experience
Core Banking application support
Middleware or API Gateway exposure
